Who we are. 1NT.tv is run by Way of the Pigeon Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16797488), 82, Suite A, James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@wayofthepigeon.ninja. By using 1NT.tv you agree to these terms.
Using the site. Watch, share and link freely. Please don’t break the law with it, try to get into systems you shouldn’t, overload or attack it, scrape it in bulk, pretend to be us, or suggest we endorse you when we don’t. We may change or pause the site at any time.
Our content and trademarks. The design, text, artwork and videos here belong to Way of the Pigeon Ltd or our licensors. The 1nteger™, 1NT.tv™, Way of the Pigeon™, Collektory™ and our logos are our trademarks. You’re welcome to use them to talk about us — reviews, articles, videos — as long as it’s accurate and doesn’t imply a partnership. YouTube, Discord, X, Instagram and other names belong to their owners.
Other sites. We link to YouTube, Discord, social networks, our shop and our other sites. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for sites we don’t run. Purchases and memberships are covered by the terms where you buy them.
Our responsibility. The site is provided for general information and entertainment “as is”. If you’re a consumer, we’re responsible for foreseeable loss caused by us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill, but not for unforeseeable or business losses. If you use the site for business, we’re not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill or indirect loss, and we exclude implied terms as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law won’t let us limit, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
Law. The law of England and Wales applies and its courts can hear disputes. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also use your local courts; EU consumers keep their own country’s mandatory protections and can bring claims where they live.
